Whether you’re ready to work now or need help getting job-ready, our team will support you every step of the way. We take the time to understand your needs and tailor support to your situation, because no two journeys are the same.

What is Inclusive Employment Australia?

Inclusive Employment Australia is a government-funded program designed to help people with disability, injury, or health conditions find and maintain work. It’s free to access if you meet the eligibility criteria.

You may be eligible if you are:

  • An Australian citizen, permanent resident, or hold an eligible visa
  • Living with a disability, injury, mental health condition, or long-term health issue
  • Of working age (generally up to 67 years old)
  • Looking for work or wanting support to prepare for work.

What support is available?

When you join Inclusive Employment Australia, you’ll be matched with your own Employment Consultant who will work with you to:

  • Understand your goals, interests and strengths
  • Identify training or skill-building opportunities
  • Develop a personalised plan to reach employment
  • Connect you with job opportunities that suit you
  • Provide on-the-job support and mentoring
  • Liaise with employers to ensure a smooth transition
  • Assist with workplace adjustments if needed

  • Interview preparation
  • Accredited or non-accredited training
  • Referrals to other support services if needed
