We deliver this program across the Mackay region, including Bowen, Proserpine, Cannonvale, Mackay, Sarina, and Moranbah. It’s designed specifically for people aged 45 and over who want to boost their job readiness and stay competitive in today’s workforce.
What the program covers
With one-on-one support from our experienced CTA facilitators, you’ll learn how to:
Identify your existing skills and how they transfer to new roles or industries
Set career goals and create a plan to achieve them
Improve your job search strategies and tailor your applications
Build confidence using technology commonly found in the workplace
Apply for jobs online using computers, tablets, or mobile phones
Program Details
Cost: Free for eligible participants
Duration: 75 hours over up to 8 weeks
PBAS Points: Earn 15 points per week + a 30-point bonus for your next activity (Workforce Australia Online participants only)
