IDEAL Placements joins are-able group reconciliation project

IDEAL Placements has joined teams and participants across the are-able group to mark National Reconciliation Week 2026 through the All In Leaves of Country project.
The project brought together contributions from sites across the group. Staff and participants collected fallen native leaves from their local communities, decorated them, and acknowledged the Traditional Owners of the land where they live and work.

Each leaf represents a local place, a personal contribution and a shared commitment to reconciliation through respect, learning and action.
The completed artwork brings these individual contributions together as one collective piece. It reflects the role we can all play in reconciliation, both as individuals and as part of a wider community.
The master artwork will be framed and displayed at the are-able Fairy Street site, with printed copies shared across the group so each site can display the artwork locally.
Thank you to everyone from IDEAL Placements and across the are-able group who contributed to this project. Your involvement has helped create a meaningful symbol of being all in for reconciliation.
